Do you take insurance and how do you deal with billing?

How do you tailor services and support to my unique needs?

                                                                                                                                 

We start with a thorough assessment to understand you or your child's strengths, challenges, and goals. This guides us in designing a personalized therapy plan that fits the starting point and learning style. We evaluate and adjust strategies as you grow and progress, ensuring the services and support always stays relevant and effective.

What should I expect from a speech, occupational or ABA therapy session?

                                                                                                                                    You can expect personalized, one-on-one sessions focused on your specific goals. Our therapy sessions are engaging, age-appropriate, and interactive, turning skill-building into a fun experience. Each activity is carefully designed to support therapeutic goals while keeping patients motivated, involved, and excited to learn. We’ll guide you on how to support progress between sessions and are always here to answer questions or adjust the plan as needed.

Do you offer in home therapy? 

                                                                                                                                    Home visits are arranged based on location and specific eligibility criteria, which are carefully determined during your personalized evaluation process. 

How do telehealth services differ from in person speech and occupational therapy?

                                                                                                                                        With the progression of technology, our telehealth speech and occupational therapy sessions offer the same personalized, high-quality care as in-person services. Patients see faster results when engaged at home with familiar materials. 

What do I need for a session?

 

Our therapists use inexpensive, everyday, common items that you likely already have in your home.

 

To participate in a telehealth session, you will need a stable internet connection and a device such as a computer, laptop, or iPad. We use a secure, easy-to-use platform to ensure your sessions are private, convenient, and effective.

How often will my treatment be scheduled? 

 

Your therapist(s) will recommend a certain number of times per week that will best support your specific needs base upon your evaluation.  These recommendations may change from time-to-time based on your progress and current abilities. Your success will greatly depend upon the consistency of your attendance, number of times per week you attend treatment and implementation of your home program while not in therapy.  

How long is a therapy session?  

                                                                                                                                  Session lengths vary according to your specific needs. Individual Occupational Therapy sessions are typically 45 to 50 minutes.  Individual Speech Therapy sessions are usually 25 to 30 minutes.  Individual ABA Therapy sessions are based on your child's needs and range from 10 to 40 hours per week which are broken down into multiple sessions.
